  • 1/4 cup hiziki, dried
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut into thin half moons
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. shoyu

  • 1/2 cup wakame, soaked
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 cucumbers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 2 tbsp. shoyu
