I hate failing, who doesn’t, but I also enjoy it. Think about it. When was the last time you failed? You felt pretty crappy I bet. Was it the end of the world, as you knew it? Hardly! There’s no doubt, failing at something, anything, can totally feel like a miserable experience. But to me, regardless of how bad I’ve felt after I’ve failed at something, I always know that if I dust myself off and get back to work, success is just a few failures away.
In the past, I’ve told myself that I’m not a competitive person, that all I want to do is my small part to contribute to society, blah, blah, blah. What a load of Bullshit! That’s just me being afraid of failure. The truth is, in those moments when I’m alone walking down the street listening to some killer tunes and the inspiration comes, it’s often so powerful that I can’t help but get emotional. That’s how big I like to dream, and I know you do too!
Dream big and don’t be afraid to fail no matter how painful you think it may feel. Massive success sometimes comes on the heels of great failures. You might’ve seen this video before but it’s a good one, check it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r47UqYMDN2k
What’s the biggest thing you can dream of that will make a significant impact on yourself, our society, or the world? What’s your passion? If you’re like me, it can’t just be any old thing. It has to somehow mean something, it has to have some kind of cool factor, and it has to be done with integrity. Yes, manifesting your dreams takes time, effort, and sacrifice so begin brainstorming now. If you need support, get in touch with me. I’ll gladly help you dream big! www.pabloagarcia.com
I’ll leave you with a quick breakdown of a classic quote and one of my favorites.
If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams and endeavors to live the life, which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.
- Henry David Thoreau -
If one advances confidently in the direction of his dream
Take action! Big leaps of faith action – you will be rewarded.
and endeavors to live the life, which he has imagined,
Dream big, feel it in your heart, and follow up daily with action that will get you ones step closer to your goals regardless of how small that action seems.
